Dear Residents, Families, Friends, and community members,
Thank you for all of your support during this pandemic. We are thankful for our community during this time and look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as possible. Today, it is my duty to inform you that as a result of our proactive and robust testing program, we have had a positive resident or staff member test result. This may have an impact on upcoming visits with your loved ones, so please contact the Facility for more information about our current vistiation policy.
The Facility will continue to engage in COVID mitigation and control procedures, including increased testing and other recommendations by the CDC, CMS, ISDH or our local health department. The Facility is currently in Phase One of the CMS re-opening plan. This means that any allowed visitation will be outdoors only.

I am writing today to update you that the Facility has just received additional positive test results. The impacted staff member has been removed from resident contact. The Facility is continuing to follow increased PPE and infection control procedures. At this time, we also continue to have restrictions on visitation to the Facility. I am writing to report a new positive staff COVID-19 test result. At this time, we are removing impacted staff from contact with residents who are still testing negative. Residents are being segregated in the Facility by COVID status and we are working hard to prevent the spread of the virus. Visitor restrictions remain in place. Please contact me with any questions.

I am writing today to report that our routine testing has revealed another staff member positive. This person has been removed from resident contact and our residents are being monitored on an increased routine basis. As I hope you have seen by now, the new State of Illinois restrictions have forced us to cancel all visitation. We will continue to have strict mitigation procedures in place in the facility.

The impacted resident has been separated from their peers and heightened infection control protocols are currently in place. We currently have increased infection control procedures in the facility and impacted persons have been isolated from their negative peers. We continue to have visitor restrictions in place. The impacted residents have been separated from their peers and the Facility is utlizing enhanced infection control procedures to prevent further spread. Visitor restrictions are currently in place, but you can call the facility to set up a virtual visit with your loved one.

The impacted staff member has been removed from resident contact, and we continue to monitor all of our residents on an increased basis for any symptom.
